Parents Teachers Meeting Report Mar 2019

The Parent Teachers Meeting for B.Tech. (For All semester) was scheduled on 2-03-2019 to discuss about students progress and performance at school of ECE. The Parents were intimated about the meeting well in advance throughERP coordinators and mentors.

The meeting was conducted at their respective class rooms, C V Raman block from 8.40 AM to 4.00 PM.

Dr. R. C. Biradar, Director, School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, addressed the parents regarding rules and regulations of REVA University. He also highlighted the best practices followed by school of ECE like Project Based Learning, FDP,technical talk International fellowship, Industrial visit, Innovative projects for effective teaching learning process and how it helps students in placement and for higher studies.

Outcomes of Parent Teachers Meeting:

• More than 120 parents attended the Meeting.
• One to One Interaction between Parents and Class Teachers, Faculty Handling Classes & Mentors
• Discussion was focused on student’s specific strengths and weakness in individual subjects and students discipline in classrooms, Mobile usage in classrooms.
• Consolidated class wise IA1 Marks,SEE results of previous semester and Fee Due List were shown to parents for their ready reference.
• Parents Feedback Hardcopy and in ERP Parents Feedback was taken for reference.

Parents expressed their happiness for having their ward studying in our esteemed REVA University. They also expressed their gratitude regarding the care taken by the University for the Growth of their wards.
