School of Computing and Information Technology organized a talk on “Gender Sensitization” .The talk addressed Gender sensitizing, which is about changing behavior and instilling empathy into the views that we hold about our own and the other genders. It is an effort in bringing awareness to Motivate the youth who would work in teams as corporates or professionals as they graduate.
Dr. S.S Manvi , the director of School of C&IT presided over. The talk was presented by Mrs.Deepa Rafeeque. Deepa Rafeeque is the cofounder of VLegal, a legal consultancy providing solutions and imparting training for corporates on legal areas. Having spent nearly three decades in legal management and the interface had with the legal luminaries, she has earned vast Experience.
About 150 participants comprising of students, from various semesters were present. Students expressed their gratitude in exposing them to such talk which gives them a legal awareness as they groom as corporates.
