Students and faculty members of B.Sc and M.Sc from the department of Chemistry, REVA University have visited to IISc, Bangaloreon the occasion of Open-day held on 23rd March 2019 between 8.30 to 2.00 PM.The main theme of the open-day is to explore the students to acquire knowledge/skill about live experiments, popular science lectures, scientific demos and exhibition. This was a very good platform for the young students to acquire knowledge about the topmost institute (in terms of availability of resources, research environment etc.,), interaction with the research students as well as with eminent professors working inthe area of Science and Technology. Most of the students and faculty benefited from the open-day events.

We would like to thank our beloved Chancellor Dr. P. Shyama Raju for providing all facility and support to conduct such Events. We also thank Vice Chancellor Dr. S.Y. Kulkarni, Registrar Dr. M. Dhanamjaya, Dean, Placement, Training, and Planning Dr. N. Ramesh, our beloved Director, School of Applied Science Dr. Beena G for their constant support in organizing such events. We also thank Col. Nataraj K and Laxmanan for their transportation support.
We also thank all the faculties and students of department of Chemistry for their support in smooth conduction of this event.
