Online Payment Portal for Newly admitted Students

Please follow the Instructions Carefully

1) Select the type of Fees to be Paid:
a. Tuition Fee      b. Transportation Fee      c. Hostel Fee

2) Enter “Application number”, “Date of Birth” and click on Proceed.

3) After successful login click on enter the paying amount and click on Proceed

4) Select your desired payment gateway option “EAZYPAY” / “BILLDESK” and click on “Pay Now”.

Choose payment mode

(Cash/NEFT-RTGS/Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI)

Option 1: Challan:

a) Cash:

  • Click on generate challan
  • Take printout of challan
  • Visit nearest ICICI bank for payment

b) Cheque:

  • Enter details (Drawer Name, Cheque Date, Cheque Number)
  • Click on Submit
  • Take printout of challan
  • Visit nearest ICICI bank for payment

c) RTGS-NEFT:

  • Click on generate challan
  • Take printout of challan

Visit your respective bank with cheque and fill the below details in NEFT/RTGS form OR Use the below details to add beneficiary in your bank account

The challan details for NEFT /RTGS is common.

Account type: Current Account

Account number: As mentioned in the challan (It is alpha numeric number starting with ICL)

NEFT/RTGS amount  : As mentioned in the challan

Option 2: Net Banking:

  • Choose your respective bank, click on proceed
  • Enter your net banking (ID and password)
  • Click on pay to complete transaction

Option 3: Credit/Debit Card:

  • Enter card details
  • Enter OTP/3D Secure Pin
  • Click on proceed to complete transaction

Option 4: UPI: 

  • Enter your Virtual Payment Address (VPA) *mandatory field
  • Click on proceed now
  • Please login to respective bank’s internet banking and approve the payment through UPI

Option 1: Credit Card:

  • Enter card details
  • Enter OTP/3D Secure Pin
  • Click on Make Payment to complete transaction

Option 2: Debit Card:

  • Enter card details
  • Enter OTP/3D Secure Pin
  • Click on Make Payment to complete transaction

Option 3: Debit Card + ATM PIN:

  • Select the Bank listed
  • Click on Make Payment
  • Enter card details
  • Enter OTP/3D Secure Pin
  • Click on Pay to complete transaction

Option 4: Net Banking:

  • Choose your respective bank, click on proceed
  • Enter your net banking (ID and password)
  • Click on pay to complete transaction 

Important Instructions

  • Check whether transactions is a success / failure.
  • Once the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation receipt and the payer has to keep the same for reference.
  • In case the payment is not successful due to any reason will be displayed the status as failure in payment.
  • In case of slow internet or server errors then start the process from the beginning.
  • If the amount is debited from the account for failed transaction, kindly make a note of transaction for further enquiry.
  • Payment cancellation - Once the payment is made, no cancellation option will be available to the end user.
  • In case of duplicate payment kindly contact Finance department with necessary documents.
  • Refund process: Depending upon bank policies it will be processed within 10-15 working days.
