Management in Improving Productivity and Profitability, Resource person Mr. Dharampal H Bhange who is Currently with Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Ltd, as Manager Quality (Metallurgy / Development / Strategic Sourcing and & SCM) handling casting commodity& Proto to PPAP project implementation for automotive parts gave an hands on lecture experience to student of REVA Business school. The Talk focused on Material Management and its need, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), its need, role and objectives, Bill of Materials (BOM) use and applications, Inventory control techniques, Significance of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Warehouse management its need, role and objectives, Lean management its need, role and objectives.
