The school offers a two-year four-semester post-graduate program in management (MBA) and doctoral program (PhD) in Management. The MBA program is designed keeping in view of the current prevailing situation, future trends and developments.
The course contents of the program are continuously improved in line the volatility of the business environment and the Industry 4.0 requirements such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. The school adopts outcome-based education principles facilitating future managers are expected to have a better understanding and perception of changing human, social and environmental dimensions.

Apart from core courses, the students could choose courses (prerequisite and flexible courses) in their specialization of interest starting from the first semester itself.
Students get an opportunity to experience the Technology enabled teaching-learning process which is facilitated through our well-equipped digital classrooms. Every semester, skill enhancement courses are being offered to give students the hands-on experience as a part of their curriculum.
Pedagogy includes case study method, self-learning tools, activity-based learning, simulations, project-based learning, case debates, presentations and e- assignments. Besides this, students undergo summer internship and major research project during final year. Industry exposure is achieved by regularly visiting the firms and promoting interaction with industry experts. Also, guest lectures and distinguished lecture series are regularly conducted in the campus by inviting the industry experts/professionals from various domains of management and business. This provides a holistic understanding of the business environment, industry expectations, career challenges and opportunities.
Regular placement training programs are conducted to horn the soft skills and campus placements are arranged on a continuous basis in the pre-final year itself by career development center of the university.
