Dr. Shubha A.

Dr Shubha A. is a graduate in Commerce from Mysore University, MBA from the prestigious Bangalore University and Ph.D. in the area of Marketing. She has 20 years of academic experience and has been instrumental in institutional building. She has served in various positions as Teacher, HOD, Principal, Director and currently serving as Dean at REVA Business School, REVA University. She also served as a member of Board of Studies, Board of Examinations and Academic Council. She has also chaired in several National and International Conferences and organized several academic events and activities at the University

She is known for her incredible credentials as an institutional builder. She started her career as a teacher and later went on to become the Dean of Faculty at REVA Business School. Earlier she took charge as a Principal at REVA PU Colleges and after successfully building these institutions, now she works as a Director for both the PUCs while other two senior faculty members are appointed as Principals under her mentorship. At REVA University, she has built the School of Commerce and School of Management as the Director. Now, she is overseeing these schools as the Dean of Faculty and mentoring two other Directors of these schools. Currently, she is the founding Dean of REVA Business School, which is a prestigious academic extension of esteemed REVA University.

She is a recipient of the Best Teacher in General Management, recipient of the WOMEN EXCELLENCE AWARD, organised by ILDC and AMP, Hyderabad on 8th March 2021, under the category INSTITUTION BUILDING. She is presently guiding Research Scholars who are pursuing their Ph.D. and also has published several research articles in journals of repute.
