REVA University is inviting applications from Indian nationals for Ph.D admissions with the support from Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Scheme under the National Policy on Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India for motivated candidates in the upcoming state-of-art Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and IT/IT enabled Services (ITES) research areas. The salient features of the scheme are:
Nanoelectronics, VLSI Design, Photovoltaic devices, Solar cells, Nanomaterials for electronics, Sensors, Image processing, Graphene based devices; Nano photonics devices, Biomedical devices & Instrumentation, Big Data, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Artificial Intelligence, Wireless Sensor Networks, Network Security, Cryptography, Soft Computing, Spatial Data Mining & Spatial Informatics, Block Chain, Cyber Security, VLSI testing and verification, open core processor (RISC-V), Security in Automotive Systems, Battery Management System for EVs, On Chip Data converters, MEMS, Bio-Sensors, High Performance Computation.
Minimum Grade Point Average of 7/10 or 70% of marks in M.E./ M.Tech/ M.S. in Electronics / Communications / Computer Science / Instrumentation / Biomedical / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Solid-state Technology / MEMS / Nano Science / Nano Technology / Material Science / Engineering Physics or equivalent.
Note: Preference will be given for candidates with prior experience in the mentioned research areas (or) with valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET.
